DUBAI: Costa Coffee has unveiled the annual limited-edition design of the iconic Costa cup in this holy month.
The Costa cup this year has been created in collaboration with illustrator and storyteller Nourie Flayhan.
The exclusive collection features traditional Arabic artwork design and is based on the idea of finding everyday happiness during Ramadan through the power of coffee and real connections.
With a tagline of ‘Fill your cup this Ramadan’, Costa’s campaign is inspired from the essence of the holy month which focuses on good deeds, good thoughts, and good actions. Whether it is sharing the joy of your little coffee moments or getting together with friends over your favourite coffee, Costa aims to uplift the lives of their consumers through the little moments of positivity during the day.
The Costa Coffee 2023 designed by Nourie features the traditional elements of Ramadan usually observed in people’s homes along with desert flowers in a young and vibrant contemporary spirit.
The hero image features two hands sharing and connecting over a cup of coffee, demonstrating the power of real emotional connections uniting people of all ages and walks of life, during this holy month.
Nourie, a contemporary artist and storyteller, masterfully combined iconic Ramadan symbols in her distinctive style for a truly unique masterpiece.
The newly designed cups were unveiled in a special social media campaign #RamadanWithCosta on XX March and are now across all stores in the GCC for the community to enjoy.
The partnership highlights Costa Coffee’s ongoing efforts to support local talent in unique and creative collaborations, as part of the annual cup design campaign.
