Islamabad: A delegation from Moscow will reach Pakistan in January on the issue of oil purchase from Russia.
According to government sources, a meeting was held between Pakistan and Russia regarding the purchase of crude oil and petroleum products through video link, in which Minister of State for Petroleum Mossadegh Malik and Secre Tree Petroleum participated.
According to sources, the Russian delegation was attended by officials of the Russian Ministry of Energy online.
During the meeting, Russian officials indicated to visit Pakistan on January 19th and 20th for further discussions related to oil purchase. According to the sources, the meeting also discussed the agenda of the upcoming meeting of the Inter-Governmental Commission between the two countries.
