The Pakistan Army has achieved a significant milestone with the successful training launch of the Fatah-II Guided Rocket System. The announcement, made by the military’s media wing, underscores Pakistan’s commitment to enhancing its defensive capabilities.
The Fatah-II Guided Rocket System, boasting a formidable range of 400 kilometres, is heralded for its cutting-edge navigation system and unparalleled trajectory and manoeuvrability features. Notably, the missile possesses the capability to engage targets with exceptional precision, effectively neutralizing any potential threats posed by missile defence systems.
The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) revealed that today’s launch was meticulously executed with the primary objective of refining launch drills and procedures, ensuring optimal operational readiness.
Designed for deployment within Pakistan’s Artillery Divisions, the Fatah-II marks a significant advancement in the nation’s conventional arsenal. Its integration will substantially augment the reach and lethality of the Pakistan Army, enabling precise engagement of distant targets.

The launch event witnessed the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including the Chief of the General Staff of the Pakistan Army, senior officers from all three services, as well as dedicated scientists and engineers, underscoring the collaborative efforts behind this achievement.
