Pakistan to export manpower to Saudi Arabia and Bahrain

Islamabad: The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (OP&HRD), is preparing to send skilled and unskilled workers, including medical professionals, to Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Medical Professionals Wanted

Medical professionals with the following qualifications and experience can apply:

• Qualification: MBBS or equivalent from an accredited institution (essential).
• Training: Completed HIMAA, ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS Introductory Course (essential).
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in a related position or as an insurance claims processor/auditor in health institutions or insurance companies (essential).
• Age Limit: Applicants must be under 50 years.

Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.

Construction Sector Jobs

For the construction sector, OEC is accepting applications until December 18, 2024. Positions include:

1. Laboratory Manager
   • Qualification: BSc Engineering, B-Tech, Graduation, or DAE in Civil Engineering.
   • Experience: Minimum 15 years, with at least 5 years in a relevant role.
   • Responsibilities: Manage lab staff, ensure safety, oversee lab and field operations, and enforce company policies.
2. Laboratory Technician
   • Qualification: Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE) or a college degree in science.
   • Responsibilities: Test materials like concrete, aggregate, soil, asphalt, and blocks.
