Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially registered a complaint regarding incidents of inappropriate conduct directed at the Pakistan squad during the high-tension India vs Pakistan match held on October 14, 2023, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, India.
The match, which was eagerly anticipated by fans and cricket enthusiasts worldwide, saw intense rivalry on the field. However, off the field, concerns were raised as a result of incidents of inappropriate behavior towards the Pakistani team.
In a separate matter, the PCB has also formally protested to the International Cricket Council (ICC) regarding delays in visa issuance for Pakistani journalists and the absence of a clear visa policy for Pakistan fans during the ongoing World Cup 2023.
