Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced Rs 5 Million, while Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has announced financial assistance of Rs 25 lac to the family of female reporter Sadaf Naeem, who died after falling under a container during the Long March.
According to the details, the Prime Minister directed the concerned authorities to immediately complete the procedure and hand over the checks to the families. Besides, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his regret and condolence to the husband of the deceased over the phone.
He said that we are with you in this hour of grief, it is not possible to compensate for the loss of life, but we will provide all possible support and help to the bereaved.
25 lac rupees assistance to the family of the deceased from Chief Minister Punjab
On the other hand, Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has announced a financial assistance of 25 lac rupees to the family of the late Sadaf. He further said that Punjab government will take full care of Sadaf Naeem’s family.
