ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar on Monday expressed gratification over Pakistan’s first ever silver medal in the World Athletics Championships, clinched by javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem.
Arshad Nadeem achieved the feat in the World Athletics Championships 2023 in Budapest Sunday night. The Pakistani javelin throwing star finished behind India’s Neeraj Chopra after making his best throw of 87.82m in his third attempt.
