PM Shahbaz rejected Biden’s remarks about Nuclear

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif rejected the US President’s statement regarding the nuclear program, calling it contrary to facts and misleading.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on the statement of the US President that the past decades are evidence that Pakistan is a very responsible nuclear state, the nuclear program is managed by an effective technical and foolproof command and control system, Pakistan has demonstrated the capability of nuclear weapons. Has always shown a very responsible character.

He said that Pakistan has fulfilled its firm commitment to international standards including International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on non-proliferation, security and safety, the real threat to world peace is some violating the prevailing global values. States, extremist nationalism, human rights violations of those struggling against illegal occupation.
