President Alvi seeks removal of his secretary

Islamabad: President Dr. Arif Alvi wrote a letter to the Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister to return the services of his secretary.

The President House has said in a letter to the Principal Secretary of the Prime Minister that in view of yesterday’s clear statement, the House of President has returned the services of the President’s Secretary to the Establishment Division.

The letter states that the services of Secretary to the President Waqar Ahmed are no longer required and his services are being returned to the Establishment Division.

The President House has said in letter that Humira Ahmed, a grade 22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, should be appointed as the Secretary to the President.
