Rawalpindi: All educational institutions of Rawalpindi have been announced to remain closed in view of the sit-ins of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf.
According to Leading News, all public and private educational institutions under the federal government and Punjab will remain closed in Rawalpindi on Thursday as well.
DG Federal Government Educational Institutions Kent Garrison Major General Muhammad Asghar issued orders to close schools. The notification states that all educational institutions of FG of Rawalpindi Tehsil will remain closed on November 10.
It should be noted that the workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf have staged a protest on various highways of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, due to which the traffic system is severely affected and the citizens are facing problems.
Even earlier, all public and private educational institutions of Rawalpindi were kept closed on Monday and Tuesday. The administration believes that the children will face severe difficulties in reaching school due to the blocked roads.
