Opting to bat first after winning the toss, Lahore Qalandars set a challenging target of 188 runs for the Quetta Gladiators. Led by a stellar performance from Sahibzada Farhan, who scored 62 runs, and an aggressive innings of 45 runs from Jahandad Khan, Qalandars posted a competitive total of 187 for seven in their allotted 20 overs.

Despite Jahandad Khan’s fiery knock, Quetta Gladiators’ bowlers managed to contain the Qalandars’ batting lineup, with Mohammad Hasnain and Aqeel Hussain each claiming two wickets.
In response, Quetta Gladiators showcased their batting prowess, reaching the target of 188 runs with five balls to spare. Khawaja Nafay was the standout performer for the Gladiators, playing an unbeaten innings of 60 runs, which included three sixes and four fours in his 31-ball knock.
With this impressive victory, Quetta Gladiators demonstrated their strength and resilience, setting the stage for an exciting season ahead in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season nine.
