Islamabad: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Jawad Sohrab Malik, is actively working to strengthen connections and optimize opportunities for the Pakistani workforce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). During his visit, Malik engaged in meaningful discussions with Saudi employers and human resource executives in Jeddah, focusing on aligning human resource development with the needs of the Saudi market and economy.
Emphasizing the vital role of collaboration and idea exchange among stakeholders in overseas employment, Malik highlighted the significance of effective coordination to leverage opportunities for Pakistani manpower in Saudi Arabia. The SAPM also interacted with the Pakistani community at the Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah, addressing concerns raised by community members and assuring them of the Pakistani government’s steadfast commitment to supporting expatriates in the Kingdom and elsewhere.
Prominent community members and business leaders participated in the discussions, covering various issues faced by expatriates. Malik shared the ongoing efforts of the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis to address the needs of overseas Pakistanis, particularly those in Saudi Arabia, ensuring their well-being. The diverse gathering in Jeddah included businessmen, professionals, and entrepreneurs from the Pakistani diaspora.
