Islamabad: A larger bench of the Supreme Court will hear petitions against civilian trials in military courts today.
According to the details, a 9-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandyal has been constituted, the hearing of the petitions will be held on June 22 (today) at 12 noon.
The larger bench includes Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, Justice Ijazul Hassan, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Yahya Afridi, Justice Syed Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi and Justice Ayesha Malik.
