Rawalpindi: The administration of Rawalpindi has ordered Sheikh Rasheed to vacate the Lal Haveli and has said that if the haveli is not vacated within seven days, it will be vacated with the help of the police.
This notice has been issued by the Deputy Administrator of Abandoned Waqf Properties, Asif Khan, in which Sheikh Rasheed and his brother have been told that you have been issued a show cause notice before but neither you nor the haveli appeared. After paying the arrears, you are legally evicted from the possession of the mansion.
The Deputy Administrator has said that this mansion should be vacated within seven days, otherwise it will be vacated with the help of the police. Along with this, the Deputy Administrator has also written a letter to the police asking for their assistance on October 19.
Sheikh Rasheed has said on this matter that these people are lying behind Lal Haveli, legally and constitutionally we have a right to it.
