Sindh Govt Announces Revised School Timings for Ramadan

The Sindh government has issued a new schedule of school timings for Ramadan across the province. According to a notification from the Sindh Education Department, schools operating in the morning shift will now open from 7:30am to 11:30am, while the afternoon shift will run from 11:45am to 2:45pm.

On Fridays during Ramadan, the morning shift school Timings for Ramadan will be adjusted to 7:30am to 10:30am, with the afternoon shift starting from 10:45am and concluding at 1:15pm.

Additionally, a separate notification has been issued for all Sindh colleges, with morning shift classes scheduled from 8:30am to 12pm and evening shift classes held from 2:30pm to 5:00pm.

As Muslims in the country prepare to observe their first Roza (fast) on Tuesday, following the sighting of the Ramadan moon on Monday evening, these adjusted timings aim to accommodate the observance of religious practices while ensuring educational continuity.
