Lahore: In a positive development, Sirajul Haq, the leader of Jamaat-e-Islami, has declared a nationwide strike scheduled for September 2 to peacefully protest against the issue of inflated electricity bills.
Addressing a public gathering in Lahore, he made the announcement of peaceful demonstrations that will take place outside WAPDA offices throughout the country.
