Islamabad:The Economic Coordination Committee has approved providing a technical supplementary grant of three billion twenty crore rupees to the Ministry of National Food Security for the relief of flood-affected farmers.
According to Sources, the Economic Coordinating Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet has provided 17 billion rupees for the program to achieve the goals of sustainable development, while providing a technical supplementary grant of 3.2 billion rupees to the Ministry of National Food Security to help the flood affected farmers. However, the summary of the technical supplementary grant for the 7th Census and House Census has been postponed.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Finance, it is stated that a virtual meeting of the Economic Coordination Committee of the Cabinet was held under the chairmanship of Finance Minister Ishaq Dar.
In the meeting, the Economic Coordination Committee of the Cabinet has approved a technical supplementary grant of 17 billion rupees for the program to achieve the goals of sustainable development, in addition, the ECC has given 3 billion 20 to the Ministry of National Food Security for the assistance of flood-affected farmers. It has also approved providing a technical supplementary grant of Rs.
On the other hand, the Economic Coordination Committee of the Cabinet has postponed the summary of technical supplementary grant for the 7th census and enumeration.
