Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG), the Dubai-based leader in luxury lifestyle experiences, is expanding its global footprint by bringing its signature hospitality concepts to Montenegro. In partnership with Adriatic Marinas, SHG will open four new venues at the prestigious Porto Montenegro Yacht Club in Tivat, further establishing the group as a key player in world-class travel, dining, and entertainment.
Set within Porto Montenegro’s state-of-the-art nautical village, the expansion will also extend into the Synchro Yards district, where existing landmarks such as the Yacht Club will be reimagined to reflect modern design and immersive guest experiences. A mix of permanent and temporary structures will shape the evolving area, creating a vibrant destination that merges luxury with lifestyle.
Among the new concepts, AURA Beach and D’LIRIO are set to open in July 2025, followed by Attiko and Folie in the second quarter of 2026. AURA Beach is an exciting evolution of the globally celebrated AURA brand, known for the AURA Skypool that debuted atop Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah in 2021. The new beach venue promises a chic waterfront setting with panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline and the superyacht marina, delivering the brand’s iconic style and ambiance.
D’LIRIO, inspired by Latin American culture, made its debut in November 2024 at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi. The Montenegro location will continue the brand’s tradition of combining creative cuisine, sultry design, and high-energy nightlife. With art deco elements, moody lighting, and a resident DJ setting the tone, D’LIRIO offers an electrifying environment for gastronomy and celebration.

Attiko, a rooftop lounge offering Pan-Asian cuisine, curated cocktails, and live entertainment, has already captivated guests in Dubai and Bodrum, with another opening planned in Lisbon. The Montenegro launch, expected in 2026, will bring its signature blend of sophistication and high-energy ambiance to the Adriatic coast.
Folie, a vibrant lifestyle venue whose name means “madness” in French, redefines the beach club experience through a combination of Mediterranean cuisine, dynamic performances, and striking waterfront views. Already successful in Türkiye and Morocco, Folie’s Montenegro debut will add a bold and celebratory atmosphere to Porto Montenegro’s growing portfolio of luxury destinations.
