Terrorism case registered against Haleem Adil

Karachi: Gulshan Mimar Police has registered a case against opposition leader Haleem Adil Sheikh under other provisions including land grabbing, Spokesman Haleem Adil has claimed that the policemen ransacked the house without a warrant.

According to Leading  News, Gulshan Mimar Police has registered case number 633 of 2022 against PTI leader and Leader of Opposition in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh under other provisions including land grabbing in the complaint of MDA officer Riaz Baig. In which 147, 148, 149, 186, 427, 324, 447, 511, 337A(1) and anti-terrorism section seven of ATA have been added.

In this regard, PTI spokesperson has alleged that the police ransacked the house without a warrant, the police raided the residence of Haleem Adil Sheikh twice, more than 15 police mobiles with plain clothes and A raid was conducted along with the women police, Haleem Adil Sheikh is not present at his residence while the police harassed the family of Haleem Adil Sheikh unjustly.
