Rawalpindi: A terrorist ringleader along with another militant was neutralized during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) conducted by security forces in Peshawar district’s Hassan Khel area on Thursday night, as confirmed by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
According to a statement released by the military’s media wing, the security forces engaged the terrorists’ location effectively, resulting in the elimination of terrorist leader Ayaz Muhammad and Ahmedey alias Koochi. Two other terrorists were also injured during the operation.
The ISPR highlighted that the Terrorist Ringleader and other militant were actively involved in various terrorist activities targeting both security forces and innocent civilians. The operation led to the recovery of weapons, ammunition, and explosives from the terrorists’ possession.

The successful anti-terrorist operation received praise from the local community, reaffirming the support of the area residents for the security forces’ efforts in combating terrorism.
