She emphasized the importance of preparing and empowering entrepreneurs—both men and women—and guiding those with financial resources but limited investment knowledge. She said proper training, along with access to promising opportunities in emerging sectors or investment funds, would help generate strong financial and economic activity while ensuring optimal utilization of national wealth.

Al Otaiba noted that emerging sectors such as artificial intelligence, technology, and digital transformation offer vast potential for creativity, innovation, and economic expansion. She praised the UAE’s supportive legislation and wide opportunities available to young citizens, enabling them to launch pioneering projects and actively contribute to sustainable economic development.

She also lauded the UAE’s extensive humanitarian efforts around the world, which have focused on reducing poverty, promoting peace, and supporting essential services in developing countries. She highlighted the UAE’s continued support for Gaza, calling it a global model for humanitarian relief. She said UAE assistance has provided a lifeline to hundreds of thousands of Palestinian families affected by the ongoing crisis.

Al Otaiba added that UAE humanitarian support extends worldwide, helping communities affected by natural disasters in Türkiye, Syria, Afghanistan, East Asia, and Africa by providing essential food, medicine, and relief to combat hunger and disease.

She reiterated that these humanitarian and development efforts reflect the UAE’s commitment to global stability, prosperity, and solidarity with nations facing hardship.
