Karachi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf issued a show-cause notice to Faisal Vawda for his controversial statement regarding the PTI Long March and suspended his party membership.
In this regard, PTI Sindh President Ali Haider Zaidi also shared a photo of the show cause notice on the social media website Twitter.
Faisal Vawda’s statement does not reflect party policy, Asad Umar
Earlier, PTI General Secretary Asad Umar said on the social media website Twitter that Faisal Vawda’s statement does not reflect the party policy and Chairman PTI has instructed PTI Sindh President regarding the demonstration. .
He added that Imran Khan has asked Ali Zaidi to issue a show cause notice to Faisal Vawda for violating the party policy.

Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders came face to face, PTI Sindh President Ali Zaidi accused Faisal Vawda of ruining the long march.
Ali Zaidi’s statement came at a time when Faisal Wawda held a press conference on the killing of senior journalist Arshad Sharif in Islamabad and said that I see blood and funerals in this march.
Later, Ali Zaidi said on the social media website Twitter that Faisal Vawda has tried to ruin our long march. He further said that all the channels including PTV have telecasted this press conference which makes it clear that the imported government has launched it.
Ali Zaidi further said that the press conference of Faisal Vawda has no meaning when Imran Khan has clear instructions that everyone should remain peaceful, then what weight is left in his press conference?
