The Islamabad administration has announced a change in the venue for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) rally to maweshi mandi ground, scheduled for September 8.
According to a notification issued by the office of the district magistrate, the rally will now be held at maweshi mandi ground located at the junction of New Margalla Avenue, Iran Avenue, and GT Road in Sangjani, Islamabad. This new location is approximately 200 meters away from the previously designated venue.
The notification emphasized that while the venue has changed, the previously established routes and terms and conditions for the rally will remain the same.

PTI Finalizes Strategy for Rally
Meanwhile, PTI has finalized its strategy for the upcoming rally. A meeting of the party’s core committee, chaired by Barrister Gohar, took place on Friday to discuss plans for the event.

The committee outlined a strategy to mobilize workers and the public across the country, instructing them to gather at Sangjani for the rally. PTI’s national and provincial assembly members have been assigned the responsibility of bringing supporters from their respective constituencies to ensure a strong turnout.
