Islamabad: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that he will announce his retirement after 5 weeks.

According to the sources, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said in a statement that I will not take the extension and will announce my retirement after 5 weeks, the army will not play a role in politics.

It should be noted that at the beginning of this month, the Army Chief had said on the occasion of lunch at the Pakistani embassy in Washington that the army has kept itself away from politics. I will retire after completing the second term of office after two months.
