Dubai: The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA-Dubai) has launched a special commemorative stamp featuring the “Dubai World Cup 2025” logo. From April 3 to April 9, 2025, this stamp will be placed on the passports of all travelers arriving at Dubai airports, in celebration of this prestigious international event.
The Dubai World Cup, held annually in Dubai, is one of the world’s most renowned horse racing competitions. This new stamp initiative highlights GDRFA-Dubai’s support for major global events in the UAE and provides visitors with a unique souvenir of their time in the country. It also reflects the UAE’s pride in hosting the event and promotes the nation’s welcoming atmosphere.

To further ensure a smooth arrival experience for participants of the Dubai World Cup 2025, GDRFA-Dubai has deployed specialized passport control teams at Dubai International Airport. Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA-Dubai, emphasized that this initiative demonstrates the UAE’s commitment to supporting both national and international events. He noted that the commemorative stamp is a reflection of the nation’s pride in hosting the Dubai World Cup and exemplifies the country’s exceptional hospitality.
