IHC asked Imran upon issue of hiding his daughter

The Islamabad High Court has issued pre-admission notices to Chairman PTI, the Election Commission of Pakistan, and the Federation in the disqualification case on the issue of concealment of the alleged daughter in the nomination papers against Imran Khan and sought their reply by January 25.

According to details, Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq issued pre-admission notices on the request of a citizen named Muhammad Sajid.

The court had reserved its decision on the admissibility of the petition to disqualify Imran Khan for concealing his alleged daughter Terrian Jade White in the nomination papers.

The court has issued pre-admission notices to the three parties in the petition, the Federation, the Election Commission and Imran Khan, and has asked for arguments on the admissibility of the petition.

The petition states that Imran Khan did not mention the alleged daughter in his nomination papers and concealed the information, Imran Khan took necessary steps for the guardianship of his daughter Terrian Jade White residing in the UK, not Sadiq and Amin. Therefore, he should be disqualified as a Member of Assembly.
