DUBAI: Dubai Land Department (DLD) and IPS are strengthening their strategic partnership to enhance Dubai’s position as a leading global destination for real estate investment, with preparations underway for the 22nd edition of the exhibition from September 7 to 9, 2026, at Dubai World Trade Centre.
IPS brings together international investors, real estate developers, government entities, banks, decision-makers, innovators and industry experts, providing a platform to showcase Dubai’s real estate vision, investment opportunities, major projects and emerging destinations.
The partnership reflects a shared objective of supporting the growth of Dubai’s property sector, increasing international investment flows, improving transparency and market efficiency, and strengthening the emirate’s position on the global real estate investment map.
The collaboration combines the regulatory and institutional role of Dubai Land Department with IPS’s international reach and its ability to connect high-potential real estate opportunities with global investors and specialised expertise.
The upcoming edition comes amid continued growth in Dubai’s property market. During the first quarter of 2026, the value of real estate transactions in Dubai reached AED252 billion, registering year-on-year growth of 31% in transaction value and 6% in transaction volume.
Real estate investments totalled AED173 billion across 57,744 investments, while foreign investment increased by 26% to AED148.35 billion.
The figures underline Dubai’s efforts to broaden its investor base and attract international capital through progressive legislation, advanced infrastructure, digital transformation, efficient procedures, transparency and investor protection.
These measures also support the objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033 and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which seek to enhance the emirate’s competitiveness and strengthen its role in the global economy.
IPS 2026 will feature a comprehensive programme including the Main Conference, Institutional Investors Conference, IPS Women, interactive workshops and specialised training programmes.
The exhibition will also include dedicated platforms for project launches, investor engagement and Investment Destination Presentations, while discussions will focus on developments in global real estate investment, PropTech, sustainability, smart cities and finance.
Majid Al Marri, Executive Director of the Corporate Support Sector at Dubai Land Department, said the partnership with IPS reflected DLD’s commitment to strengthening Dubai’s position as a leading global real estate investment destination.
He said the exhibition provided a high-value platform for showcasing investment opportunities, promoting knowledge exchange and building partnerships supporting sustainable sector growth.
Dawood Al Shezawi, President of IPS, said the partnership would strengthen Dubai’s presence across the global real estate landscape and position IPS as an international gateway to the emirate’s property market.
He said bringing together regulatory leadership, market intelligence, high-potential projects and international investment networks would create opportunities for capital flows, institutional cooperation and business expansion.
Early indicators for IPS 2026 point to increasing international interest, with the exhibition area expanding by 38% compared with the previous edition.
The 2025 edition attracted more than 30,000 visitors from 153 countries representing 182 nationalities, while deals and commercial agreements facilitated through the exhibition exceeded AED1.84 billion, equivalent to more than $500 million.
The continued partnership between Dubai Land Department and IPS is expected to provide international investors and institutions with greater access to Dubai’s real estate market while supporting investment attraction, business expansion and the emirate’s strategic objectives for the next phase of property-sector growth.
