ABU DHABI: Al Masaood Automobiles, the authorised Nissan distributor in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Al Dhafra region, has announced the arrival of the Nissan Patrol 75th Anniversary Edition at its showrooms, opening reservations for the limited-run model celebrating the SUV’s legacy.
Developed exclusively for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, the special edition is initially limited to 1,951 units, commemorating the year the first Nissan Patrol was introduced. It is available exclusively in the flagship Platinum V6 twin-turbo grade.
The vehicle is now on display at Al Masaood Automobiles’ Nissan showrooms, allowing customers to explore its distinctive design and reserve their vehicles.
For generations, the Nissan Patrol has been a familiar presence across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the deserts of Al Dhafra and Liwa. Its long-standing association with the region has made it a prominent name in the local SUV market.
Bachir Gemayel, Chief Operating Officer of Al Masaood Automobiles, said the anniversary edition celebrated the vehicle’s heritage and its enduring connection with customers in Abu Dhabi.
He said the Patrol had evolved over the decades while retaining the capability and character that established its reputation, adding that the company was proud to have been part of its journey in the emirate.
The anniversary edition features a bespoke Copper Gold finish inspired by the region’s desert landscapes and appreciation for timeless luxury. Available in five exterior colours, the model incorporates Copper Gold detailing on the fog lamp surrounds, dual grille bars, fender vents, shoulder line and emblems.
Dark Chrome finishes replace conventional chrome elements, while black-finished alloy wheels give the SUV a distinctive appearance. Special 75th Anniversary markings feature on the shoulder-line graphic and front grille, alongside a unique rear emblem.
An illuminated carpet light projects a “Patrol Since 1951” graphic with a desert-dune motif onto the ground when passengers enter the vehicle.
Inside, the SUV features a Bordeaux-coloured interior complemented by Copper Gold detailing on the steering wheel and Dark Chrome trim. Anniversary embossing appears on the passenger-side dashboard and seat headrests.
Other exclusive details include illuminated anniversary kick plates, specially embossed floor and luggage mats, Copper Gold ambient lighting and a leather key fob case matching the interior.
The limited-run model joins the existing Nissan Patrol range, which includes the Patrol Platinum, Patrol PRO-4X and Patrol NISMO.
