Army Chief Gen. Bajwa started farewell tours

Rawalpindi: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has started his farewell tour of various formations, he visited Sialkot and Mangala Garrison.

According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa met the officers and soldiers at both the locations and addressed the soldiers.

The Army Chief appreciated the formations for their excellent performance during various operations, training and natural calamities. General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that whatever the situation may be, continue to serve the nation with the same spirit and determination.

Earlier, on reaching Sialkot, the Army Chief was welcomed by Lt. Gen. Mohammad Amir and Lt. Gen. Ayman Bilal Safdar at Mangala Garrison.
