Army Chief’s visit to Multan Garrison

Rawalpindi: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Multan Garrison and interacted with officers and soldiers there.

In a statement issued by the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), it is said that the Chief of Army Staff interacted with the officers and men on the occasion of the visit to the Multan Garrison.

Talking to the soldiers and officers, General Qamar Javed Bajwa appreciated the exceptional professionalism and dedication of the formations in the service of the motherland.

Earlier, the Army Chief was received by Commander Southern Command Lt. Gen. Akhtar Nawaz Sati on his arrival.

It should be noted that a day ago, in a statement issued by the spokesperson of the Pakistan Army, it was stated that the Chief of Army Staff has started his farewell tours, yesterday he visited Sialkot and Mangala Garrison. Where he met the officers and soldiers and also addressed the soldiers.

The Army Chief appreciated the formations for their excellent performance during various operations, training and natural calamities. General Qamar Javed Bajwa had said that whatever the situation may be, continue to serve the nation with the same spirit and determination.

Earlier, on reaching Sialkot, the Army Chief was welcomed by Lt. Gen. Mohammad Amir and Lt. Gen. Ayman Bilal Safdar at Mangala Garrison.
