Cabinet withdraws services of SC Registrar, asked to report Establishment Division

Islamabad: The Registrar of the Supreme Court Ishrad Ali, a grade 22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, has been removed from the post and asked to report to the Establishment Division.

After the federal cabinet approved the removal of the Registrar Supreme Court, in an emergency meeting presided over by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the establishment division issued an official notification on the letter of Justice Faiz Isa.

Irshad Ali was appointed Supreme Court registrar on September 28, 2022.
