The Lahore High Court Rawalpindi bench has suspended the Election Commission’s show-cause notices ECP’s Show Cause Against Imran And Fawad Suspended
Justice Jawad Hassan of Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench heard the applications of Imran Khan and Fawad Chaudhry against the show cause notice issued by the Election Commission.
Advocate Faisal Chaudhry appeared in the court on behalf of Imran Khan and Fawad Chaudhry.
ECP’s Show Cause Against Imran And Fawad Suspended
It should be remembered that the Election Commission had issued show cause notices to Imran Khan and Fawad Chaudhry for violating the election code of conduct, which was challenged by the PTI leaders in the Rawalpindi Bench of the Lahore High Court.
The main reason was that there was a delay due to the new schedule for the 2017-18 season. There were also some other reasons but I will just say that these did not cause the cancellation of the session. We had a great day and all the players came along and enjoyed the session. Athletics England are disappointed to confirm that the track and field events will be cancelled at the end of the 2010 season due to injuries.
