Long march will not allowed under any circumstances: Sanaullah

If the change is brought through the democratic process, we agree: Interior Minister

Lahore:  Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said that he will be 10 times stricter than the May 25 policy for the Long March, because no one can be allowed to change the government through protests.

Talking to the media after casting the vote, the interior minister said that if the change is brought through the democratic process, we agree, but the long march will not be allowed under any circumstances. He said that the government is not dependent on this by-election, today the Election Commission has all the powers and all the agencies should implement these orders.

Rana Sanaullah said that the voters should come out of their homes and cast their votes, the polling process is going on in a transparent and peaceful manner while the Election Commission is performing its duties well, all the institutions including Rangers and Police have done a good job while counting. The process will be completed as per law and regulation.

He made it clear that I did not run anyone’s election campaign but I went to participate in someone’s happiness and sadness.

The Interior Minister said that on the statement of the American President, I will say that he has been fired, our politicians who spread propaganda for their politics should also be careful.

In response to a question, the interior minister said that he has to take the decision regarding the return of Nawaz Sharif himself.
