Rawalpindi: Pakistan Army has reiterated its full support to Kashmiris in their just struggle against tyranny and illegal subjugation by Indian government.
In a message on the occasion of Youm-e-Istehsal, the Supreme Council of Armed Forces, Chiefs of Armed Forces and Pakistan Armed Forces expressed their resolve to stand by the brave and resilient people of Kashmir in their just struggle for the right to self-determination as per the resolutions of UN.
“The continuation of the inhumane military lockdown, the illegal measures to alter the demographic structure of the occupied territory and the gross and systematic human rights violations are all flagrant violations of international law. Such actions, coupled with the bellicose rhetoric and hostile actions of the Indian government, perpetuate the humanitarian and security crises in Indian East Africa and pose a constant threat to regional security”,” the ISPR said in a statement.
“Resolution of the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the resolutions of UN and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people is essential for lasting peace and stability in the region”,” the statement said.
The Pakistani forces also paid tribute to the martyrs of IIOJK for their great sacrifices and reiterated Pakistan’s full support for providing political, moral and humanitarian assistance to Kashmiris in their just struggle against tyranny and illegal subjugation.
