PMLN Decided not to obstruct dissolution of Punjab Assembly

Lahore: In a meeting of senior party leaders chaired by Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, it was decided not to obstruct the dissolution of the Punjab Assembly.

After Shehbaz Sharif’s 2-day foreign engagement, the Model Town residence became the center of political engagements where federal ministers and special assistants attended and consulted on the recent political situation in Punjab.

Sources in this regard said that after the dissolution of the assembly, the party has decided to enter the election field with full preparation. And the proposal of giving the proposal to the Election Commission to conduct the elections of the provincial assemblies as per the time given in the constitution was considered.
