PTI decided to challange ECPs decision in Court

Islamabad: Former Prime Minister and Chairman PTI Imran Khan termed the Election Commission’s decision regarding disqualification in the Tosha Khana reference as ‘biased and part of a conspiracy’ and said that we will go to court against the decision. Where not a single thing will turn out to be illegal.

In his video message after the meeting of party leaders in Bani Gala, he said that all the records of the things we bought from Tosha Khana at half price are available in the relevant department, while the law of Tosha Khana was broken by Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari. They had taken out the vehicles.

“Cars were taken out of Tosha Khana and they broke the law, but no case was heard against them.”

Imran Khan said that no case has been heard against those who took out the vehicles from the Tosha Khana and broke the law and the cases have been pending for 10 years, while my lawyer said that despite the presence of all the records in the Tosha Khana, the verdict was given against me.

Chairman PTI said with reference to the Chairman Election Commission that this is the person who has been giving decisions against us for the last two and a half years, his decisions were not neutral, he was trying to use EVMs for fair and transparent elections. But with the Muslim League (N) and the People’s Party, they did not allow it to happen.

“An attempt is being made to destroy the biggest party in the country”

He further said that first he brought down our government for external conspiracy and spent crores of rupees to buy the members of the assembly and made them ‘loot’, after that he held a peaceful protest but did the worst violence to the workers and now cases have been filed against me.

Imran Khan said that the mafia is trying to destroy the federal party. Referring to East Pakistan, he said that an attempt was made to eliminate the party which had the largest vote bank, once again an attempt is being made to eliminate the largest party in the country.

He said that I am being confronted with the person who kept telling lies through the Qatari letter, committed corruption of billions of rupees. He directed the workers to end the protest against the Election Commission’s decision and said that everyone should prepare for a long march, which will be the biggest long march in history and will continue till the achievement of its goal.

Imran Khan’s instructions to the workers to end the nationwide protest

Earlier, Imran Khan has said that while directing to end the protest across the country, he has said that the workers should focus on the long march.

It should be noted that after the Election Commission declared Imran Khan ineligible in the Tosha Khana reference, Chairman PTI had called the party leaders for an important meeting in Bani Gala. In this regard, three meetings were held at regular intervals, however, the details of the consultation have not been made public yet.

According to the sources related to the third meeting, PTI is not announcing the long march today, while it has been decided to end the ongoing protests in different cities of the country.

Sources said that the party leaders also expressed that the Chief Election Commissioner is an ally of PTM due to which such a decision was expected against the Chairman PTI while the Election Commission and its decision have no credibility.
