Renowned actor Khalid Butt Passes Away in Lahore

Lahore: Veteran Pakistani actor Khalid Butt, known for his prolific career spanning several decades, has passed away in Lahore. The demise occurred due to complications arising from kidney and liver diseases, as reported by a private news channel on Thursday.

Khalid Butt’s illustrious career began in the 1970s, where he made a significant mark in the entertainment industry, appearing in numerous Urdu and Punjabi films and television series. Not only an accomplished actor, but he also ventured into directing, starting as an assistant director and later helming a film.
