Quetta: Five people, including a woman and a child, were injured in a hand grenade explosion in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan, while shops and a vehicle were damaged in the explosion in Khuzdar, but there was no loss of life.
According to Leading News, there has been an explosion on the Sabzal Road in Quetta, in which many people have been injured.
According to security sources, a shop on Sabzal Road was attacked with a hand grenade as a result of which many people including a man, a woman and a child were injured. The incident is being investigated and the reasons for the attack are being determined.
According to the hospital sources, five injured of the Quetta satellite town bomb blast have been brought to the hospital and they are being given medical aid, among them Muhammad Farooq son of Munir Ahmed aged 22 years, Tanveer Ahmed son of Dost Muhammad aged 18 years, Sanaullah son of Amanullah aged 33 years. And others are included.
Chief Minister expressed his regret, directed the treatment of the injured
Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Abdul Qudous Bizenjo condemned the blast and expressed grief and sorrow over the injuries of people. The Chief Minister directed to provide the best treatment facilities to the injured and said that IBOs should be continued against terrorists, security arrangements should be made more effective in the city.
On the other hand, a hand grenade blast also took place in Khuzdar area of Balochistan in which a vehicle was targeted. According to Levies sources, vehicles and a shop were damaged in the explosion, but there was no loss of life.
