The Chair man of International Cricket Council (ICC) Greg Barclay and Chief Executive Geoff Allardice will arrive in Lahore on Tuesday on a 2-day visit.
In a statement issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), it has been said that the ICC officials will meet the head of the management committee Najam Sethi, the chief operating officer (CEO) Salman Naseer and other officials.
Geoff Allardice has visited Pakistan before as ICC Chief Executive and General Manager, but this is Greg Barclay’s first visit to Pakistan.
Greg Barclay is the first ICC chairman to visit Pakistan in 15 years, the last time ICC president Ray Mali visited Pakistan in 2008.
It should be noted that this is the first time since October 2004 that two top officials of the ICC will visit the headquarters of the Pakistan Cricket Board.
