Pakistan VS New Zealand first T20I called off due to rain

Rawalpindi: The highly anticipated inaugural T20I Match, Pakistan vs New Zealand faced a dampening setback as persistent rain in Rawalpindi led to the abandonment of the match.

Despite efforts to resume play amidst multiple interruptions, only two balls were bowled before officials made the decision to reduce the game to a five-over contest per side.

However, the weather refused to relent, ultimately forcing the abandonment of the match.
