“This conference is not just an academic gathering,” Al Marri said. “It reflects our institutional commitment to transformative thinking. AI is no longer a luxury—it’s a necessity, and we are using it to serve education, humanity, and the nation.”

Dr. Caroline A. Jones, Professor Emerita at the University of Warwick and a member of the ICEQ Supreme Committee, praised Dubai’s approach as “a practical model for integrating emerging technologies into education and public service.”

The event will conclude with a special session featuring Al Marri, the inauguration of the AI Innovation Lab, and the signing of three strategic cooperation agreements—furthering Dubai’s ambition to lead in innovation, smart governance, and sustainable development.
