DUBAI: Keolis MHI has successfully concluded its annual “Keolis MHI Way Week,” a five-day internal programme aimed at strengthening corporate values, improving operational performance and enhancing collaboration across its workforce.
The initiative ran from June 15 to June 19, 2026, and brought together employees from multiple departments working within Dubai’s public transport system, including the Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram networks.
The programme focused on aligning staff with the company’s core operational philosophy, with an emphasis on service quality, efficiency and long-term sustainability in urban mobility services.
According to the company, the week featured interactive workshops and training sessions designed to improve technical expertise, operational resilience and knowledge sharing across key divisions.
Employees also explored digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency by automating and streamlining routine operational processes across the transport network.
Safety and security awareness formed another key pillar of the programme, with discussions reinforcing staff responsibility in maintaining a safe environment for both passengers and employees.
Customer experience was also highlighted as a central focus, with sessions reviewing service improvement strategies and public engagement efforts aimed at enhancing commuter satisfaction across Dubai’s transport system.
The initiative concluded with wellbeing and health awareness activities, particularly focused on employee safety during the summer season, underscoring the company’s emphasis on workforce welfare.
Managing Director Vikas Sardana said the programme reflects the organisation’s commitment to continuous learning and collaboration, adding that employees remain central to delivering reliable and high-quality transport services.
The company said the “Way Week” initiative is part of its broader strategy to build a culture of operational excellence and innovation while supporting the long-term development of public transport services in the region.
