WEB DESK: Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir met Kuwait’s Foreign Minister on Wednesday to discuss matters of mutual interest, regional security and ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation, the military’s media wing said.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Kuwaiti foreign minister appreciated Pakistan’s constructive role in promoting regional peace and stability.
The meeting focused on the longstanding brotherly relations between Pakistan and Kuwait, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to further deepening bilateral ties.
Field Marshal Asim Munir reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to expanding cooperation with Kuwait across areas of mutual interest.
“Pakistan and Kuwait share a common vision for regional peace, stability and prosperity,” the field marshal said during the meeting.
The two sides also reaffirmed their resolve to strengthen collaboration in various sectors and continue close engagement to advance their longstanding partnership, the ISPR added.
